There are individual ZIP files for each available platform and architecture. Removal notice: The WAS Liberty with OSGi Applications package, wlp-osgi-<fix_pack>.zip, will be eligible for removal starting with the 23.0.0.10 fix pack. Instead of using the wlp-osgi-<fix_pack>.zip file, you can install Liberty with one of the other ZIP files and then use the installUtility command to add the OSGi features.
