DFS151 LTERM KEYWORD PARAMETER IS INVALID

Explanation
 The logical terminal name specified was not defined
to the system.
If this IMS system is part of a sysplex using
the IMS Resource Manager, the logical terminal (LTERM)
name might be actively on or owned by another IMS system.
As a result, the LTERM name would not be found on this IMS, even
if it was statically defined to the system.

System action
 The command is ignored.

Operator response
Correct the LTERM parameter and reenter the command.
