The DEFINE_COLUMN_VARCHAR procedure defines a VARCHAR column
or expression in the SELECT list that is to be returned and retrieved
in a cursor.

Parameters
- c
- An input argument of type INTEGER that specifies the cursor handle
associated with the SELECT command.
- position
- An input argument of type INTEGER that specifies the position
of the column or expression in the SELECT list that is being defined.
- column
- An input argument of type VARCHAR(32672).
- column_size
- An input argument of type INTEGER that specifies the maximum length
of the returned data. Returned data exceeding column_size is
truncated to column_size characters.
