Parameters
- c
- An input or output argument of type CONNECTION that specifies
the connection to the SMTP server on which to start a mail transaction.
- sender
- An input argument of type VARCHAR(256) that specifies the email
address of the sender.
- parameters
- An optional input argument of type VARCHAR(32672) that specifies
the optional mail command parameters in the format key=value.
- reply
- An optional output argument of type REPLY that returns a single
reply line from the SMTP server. It is the last reply line if multiple
reply lines are returned by the SMTP server.

EXECUTE privilege on the UTL_SMTP
module.
