marks and other special characters that are not sorted sequentially.
About this task
You must either create your database with a Thai locale and
code set, or create a Unicode database.
Procedure
- To create a database using Thai and the corresponding code
set, use the COLLATE USING NLSCHAR clause of the CREATE DATABASE command.
- To create a Unicode database, use the COLLATE USING UCA500R1_LTH clause of the CREATE DATABASE command.
