In DB2® Version 10.1
Fix Pack 2 and later fix packs, you can retrieve information about
routines by using table functions.
You can use new and updated table functions to help you answer
the following questions:
- What are the most expensive routines?
- What SQL statements were executed by a routine?
- What are the most time consuming SQL statements executed by a
routine?
- What routines are invoked when a particular SQL statement is executed?
The following new table functions are added to collect routine
information:
- MON_GET_ROUTINE
- MON_GET_ROUTINE_DETAILS
- MON_GET_ROUTINE_EXEC_LIST
- MON_GET_SECTION_ROUTINE
The following table functions are updated and now contain additional
statement information that helps correlate statements to the routine
that executed them:
- MON_GET_PKG_CACHE_STMT
- MON_GET_PKG_CACHE_STMT_DETAILS
- MON_GET_ACTIVITY_DETAILS
- WLM_GET_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCE_ACTIVITIES
The following event monitors are updated and now contain additional
statement information that helps correlate statements to the routine
that executed them:
