Replication improvements

Starting in V10.1, replication is now supported at the schema level. This means that any newly created table is set up for replication.

In previous releases, you had to use the CREATE TABLE statement to enable replication. Now, by using the DATA CAPTURE attribute with the CREATE SCHEMA statement or by setting the dft_schemas_dcc database configuration parameter to ON, you can have all subsequently created tables inherit the DATA CAPTURE CHANGES property.
