This message is issued in response to an ALTER GROUPBUFFERPOOL command that successfully changes the group buffer pool checkpoint interval value for a group buffer pool. It is also issued for the first successful ALTER GROUPBUFFERPOOL command for a group buffer pool, even when no interval value is specified on the command (in this case, the default group buffer pool checkpoint interval value is being used).
