This message is issued in response to an ALTER GROUPBUFFERPOOL command that successfully changes the group buffer pool castout threshold value for a group buffer pool. It is also issued for the first successful ALTER GROUPBUFFERPOOL command for a group buffer pool, even when no threshold value is specified on the command (in this case, the default group buffer pool castout threshold value is being used).
