REMOTE_COPY_SW_ACCEL in macro DSN6LOGP
The REMOTE COPY SW ACCEL field specifies whether DB2® uses software to control the remote copy process for active log output in peer-to-peer remote copy (PPRC) environments.

- DISABLE
- The hardware PPRC function is used if available; this setting is appropriate for non-PPRC environments.
- ENABLE
- Host software is used. This option can improve overall DB2 performance in PPRC environments at the expense of some additional SRB CPU time in the xxxxMSTR address space. z/OS Version 2 Release 1 or later is required to support this function.
