DISABSCL in macro DSN6SPRM

Specifies whether SQLWARN1 and SQLWARN5 are set for non-scrollable cursors on OPEN and ALLOCATE CURSOR.

The default value is NO, which means that SQLWARN1 and SQLWARN5 are set.

This subsystem parameter is deprecated in DB2® 10.
