00C90D01

Explanation

DB2® detected an inconsistent condition. An entry in the auxiliary index was not found. The error is probably caused by not recovering all table spaces in a table space set to the same point-in-time.

System action

A record is written to SYS1.LOGREC and an SVC dump is requested.

System programmer response

If you suspect an error in DB2, you might need to report the problem. For information about identifying and reporting the problem, see Collecting diagnostic data.

Problem determination

Message DSNI013I is issued to identify the index page. Run CHECK INDEX on the auxiliary index followed by CHECK DATA on the base table space in order to identify the inconsistencies. See DB2 Utility Guide and Reference for information about CHECK INDEX and CHECK DATA.

Collect the following diagnostic items:
  • Console output from the system on which the job was run, and a listing of the SYSLOG data set for the period of time that spans the failure.
  • SVC dump (or system dump), taken to SYS1.DUMPxx data set, as result of an operator-initiated dump command or SLIP trap exit.
  • Listing of SYS1.LOGREC data set, obtained by executing IFCEREP1.
