The username given does not have the appropriate rights to run the Managing Server.
Verify that the user has the Act as part of the Operating System and Log on as a Service rights on the local system.
If the message was displayed during the Managing Server installation process, also verify that the user is a member of the domain administrative group and has the Act as part of the operating system privilege in the Domain security policy on the domain controller.
After this, try again.
