This message is displayed if there is an error during the embedded WebSphere® Application Server installation while starting the WebSphere Application Server.
Examine the WebSphere Application Server logs to determine why the installation failed. Use the WebSphere Application Server media to install it manually and restart this installation using the steps for an existing WebSphere Application Server.
