Setting up an external resource manager for an InfoSphere Streams enterprise domain

InfoSphere® Streams supports IBM® Platform Symphony®, Apache Hadoop YARN (Yet Another Resource Negotiator), and user-defined resource managers. Using an external resource manager with InfoSphere Streams is optional.
