How to change an operation’s parent.

About this task

Follow the steps to move an operation from one parent to another:

Procedure

  1. Open the operation editor (see Viewing operation details).
  2. Click the Parent button (the Select a Resource dialog is displayed).
  3. Locate and select the new parent component.
  4. Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog.
