Setting up intermediary services using scripting

Use the wsadmin tool and the Jython scripting language to configure intermediary services, such as web servers, and proxy servers.

• Regenerate the node plug-in configuration.
  You can use scripting and the wsadmin tool to regenerate the plug-in configuration for a web server.
• Create virtual hosts using templates.
  Use scripting to create a new virtual host from a new or preexisting template. Virtual hosts let you manage a single application server on a single machine as if the application server were multiple application servers each on their own host machine.
