Explanation
 The WADSs cannot be allocated because there are
no DD statements or no dynamic allocation parameter lists with the
DFSMDA macro, for the WADSs that were in use when IMS failed.

System action
 The job ends with a return code of 16.

 Specify the WADSs that were in use when IMS failed in the DD statements or
the dynamic allocation parameter lists with the DFSMDA macro. Then
rerun the job.
