Explanation
 An internal program error has occurred while executing
the GENCB or MODCB macro for the VSAM ACB or RPL. Register 15 at the
time of abnormal termination contains the VSAM return code.

User response
 Look up the VSAM return code in  DFSMS Macro
Instructions for Data Sets and correct the error. Then
rerun the job.
