were not processed by the Message Format Language Utility at the same
time and are not usable for online editing.

 The input is discarded and IMS Batch Terminal Simulator continues
processing.

User response
 Recompile the input MSG and
FMT. Ensure that
the FMT includes a DEV statement for the proper device type and features.
Ensure also that the phase 4 output is inserted into the online format
data set.
