Creating pluglet projects

Before you can create a pluglet, you need to create a pluglets project. Use a pluglets project to store your pluglets.

Before you begin

Pluglet projects and pluglets are created in the Java perspective. To switch to the Java perspective, click Window > Open Perspective > Other, then select Java from the list of available perspectives.

About this task

Use the New Pluglets Project wizard to create the project.

Procedure

To create a pluglet project:

  1. Open the New Pluglets Project wizard:
    1. From the main menu, click File > New > Project. The New Project wizard opens.
    2. Expand the Pluglets node and select Pluglets Project.
  2. Complete the wizard.
