the server.
Parameter type: optional, dynamic
For example, set PasswordMinimumLength=8 to enforce
a minimum password length of 8 characters.
Note: This parameter only affects passwords set or changed
after the parameter had been set. It has no effect on old, unchanged
passwords having less characters as enforced by PasswordMinimumLength
