Specifies the directory to which the server
saves its log files.
If you do not supply this parameter, the log files are saved to
the first data directory specified by the DataBaseDirectory parameter.

Note: The value of parameter LoggingDirectory must be
encapsulated by quotes if it uses spaces, for example LoggingDirectory=C:/Data
Files/Logfiles. The Cognos® TM1® Server startup will fail if quotes are
not used in that case. Note also that other parameters, such as DataBaseDirectory,
do not necessarily require quotes when a value contains spaces.
