Specifies the frequency (in seconds) at which client properties
are updated in the }ClientProperties control
cube. Set to 1800 seconds to update cube every 30 minutes.
Frequent updating can cause unnecessary consumption of CPU time
and may cause users from connecting/disconnecting until operation
completes.
