Setting up IBM Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy for application export and exporting the relationship data

The export functionality uses the integration framework to export relationship data and to convert the data into the InfoSphere® Optim™ Data Growth Solution format. To export data, you must first enable the Database Information application for export by configuring the ARCMAXRELATIONSHIP object structure.

1. In the Object Structures application, open the ARCMAXRELATIONSHIP object structure.
2. From the Select Action menu, click Add/Modify Application Export Support.
3. Click New Row.
4. In the Application field, specify the value of DBINFO for the Database Information application.
5. Select XML File for the default file type, select Is Default, and click OK.
6. Save the object structure.
7. Grant security access for application export functionality:
   1. In the Security Groups application, select the group that you want to grant access to.
   2. On the Applications tab, search for the Database Information application, and select the Grant Access? check box for Application Export.
   3. Save the record.
8. Export the data:
   1. Open the Database Information application.
   2. Select the object or objects whose relationship data you want to export.
   3. In the toolbar, click Application Export.
   4. In the Data Export window, ensure that the correct object structure is specified and click OK.
