Before you begin
Configure a Rational License Key Server with your licenses and connect it to
IBM® UrbanCode™
Build. For

Usage is tracked by source repository commits.
Procedure
- On the IBM UrbanCode
Build dashboard,
click .
- Committer Name the name of the user who committed source to a
repository.
- Using License the name of the license that is used for the commit.
- Last Commit the last date the license was used for a commit.
- To see historical usage, click Committers Over Time. Information for the previous 30 days is displayed. Each commit is on a separate line.
- Date displays the date of the commit.
- Committers is the number of used licenses and the total number of
available licenses. If the number of used licenses exceeds the number of available licenses,
additional licenses must be obtained.
To filter the displayed information:- Enter an end date in the Date field. The most recent date that is reported.
- Enter the number of days for which you want to see information in the Days to
Report field. The report includes the date that is entered in the Date field and a
number of preceding days equal to the specified value.
- Optional: To include user names in the report, select Show Committer Names.
- Click Show.
