Limitation on developing routines that target DB2 for i
If you create routines that access data in DB2® for i, do not use the DECMPT option
of the SET OPTION statement in the routine editor.
The SET OPTION statement in DB2 for
i includes the DECMPT option for specifying a character
to be used as a decimal point. The DECMPT is not
supported by the routine editor and can cause unpredictable results.
