Setting database parameter values
The values that you assign to certain database configuration (DB CFG) parameters affect the behavior of IBM® Data Server Manager (DSM).
The table below lists the recommended values for these parameters:

Note: Enabling Locking Event Monitoring data option in Settings > Monitoring Profiles
page, will update the MON_LW_THRESH, MON_DEADLOCK,
MON_LOCKTIMEOUT, and MON_LOCKWAIT parameters of the target
database to the recommended value.
