Installing Windows packet capture library

Before installing the Web Response Time agent on Windows platforms, you must install WinPcap.

Required versions:

For 64-bit Windows systems and Windows 2008, install WinPcap 4.1.1 or later
For Windows 2012, install WinPcap 4.1.2 or later
To install WinPcap 4.1.2:
1. Right-click the executable file, and select Troubleshoot Compatibility > Try Recommended Setting > test the program.
2. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard to complete the installation.
