Search samples in IBM® Operations Analytics - Log Analysis,
they are available in the zos folder in the
Quick Searches navigator of the Log Analysis user
interface.
About this task
You can install the following optional z/OS SMF type 30 Quick Search samples for use
with the
z/OS SMF Insight Pack:
- All SMF 30 data
- This sample searches for all records that occurred in the last
day and have an assigned program name.
- DB2® SMF 30 data
- This sample searches for all records that occurred in the last
day and have a program name of DSNYASCP or DSNADMT0.
- CICS® TS SMF 30 data
- This sample searches for all records that occurred in the last
day and have a program name of DFHSIP orEYU9XECS.
- IMS™ SMF 30 data
- This sample searches for all records that occurred in the last
day and have a program name of DFSAMVRC0, DFSRRC00,
or DXRRLM00.
- MQ SMF 30 data
- This sample searches for all records that occurred in the last
day and have a program name of CSQXJST or CSQYASCP.
Procedure
To search logs by using a Quick Search sample, double-click
the title of the search that you want to run.
