Follow these steps to assign teams to releases.
Before you begin
You must have the Manage Teams and Membership system permission to assign teams to
releases.
About this task
When a team is assigned to a release, only team members with the appropriate permissions
can interact with that release. You can assign teams when you create the release or at any later
time.
Procedure
- From the IBM® UrbanCode Release
dashboard, click Releases and Deployments.
- In the Releases page, click the Edit action that is
associated with the team.
- In the Team list, select the team. Only one team can be assigned to a release at a time. You can also assign a team to a release
when you create the release.
- Click Save.
Results
Only team members can modify the release. The ability of individual team members to affect
the release is determined by their permissions. For information about the Release security type

Security types. Any deployment that is created
from the release uses the assigned team.
