Depending on your application server type, you must ensure
that certain prerequisites are met and complete certain tasks before
installing and configuring ITCAM Agent for J2EE.
Important: The following application servers are not supported
by the current version of the data collector:
- Oracle/BEA application server
- WebSphere® Application
Server Community Edition
- Sun JSAS
