Use this property page to specify presnapshot and postsnapshot
commands. This property page applies only to custom applications in
the File System workload.
- Pre-Snapshot Command
- Specify the name of the command script that is used to quiesce
custom applications that use the file system before the snapshot is
created. You must specify the fully qualified path name for the command
script.
- Post-Snapshot Command
- Specify the name of the command script that is used to restart
custom applications that use the file system after the snapshot is
created. You must specify the fully qualified path name for the command
script.
Requirement: Batch scripts
must include an exit statement with the value "exit <error_code>"
if a functional error occurs while it is running the script.
