Explanation
 A card is plugged into an invalid slot. If this error 
occurred during a concurrent maintenance operation, it is possible that the 
system does not support adding this card concurrently. 

Response
 If this is a tracking event, no 
service actions are required. Otherwise, use the FRU and procedure callouts 
detailed with the SRC to determine service actions.
