Explanation
 While detecting the end device status using the I2C ADAL, both the 
SDA and SCL lines were found to be low. This means no devices are present 
on the I2C bus.

 If this is a tracking event, no 
service actions are required. Otherwise, use the FRU and procedure callouts 
detailed with the SRC to determine service actions.
