Abstract
This WebSphere Support Technical Exchange is designed to provide PureApplication System, PureApplication Service, and PureApplication Software administrators with information about tools and resources available to them relative to technical support and client self-assist.
The presentation will review the available web support resources and details about how to be proactive. Included will be information about using the dwAnswers forum to ask questions and engage with the broader community as well as the IBM My Notifications subscription service. Recommended fixes document that includes links to release note and lists of APARs associated with given fix pack versions will be reviewed and how to access IBM Knowledge Center for accessing product documentation and talk about the new Cloud marketplace. This session will also provide recommendations on how best to prepare when you need to engage with PureApplication System/Service/Software Support.
Note: This presentation is not a standard, generic overview of web support but rather a presentation specifically tailored for those clients who have PureApplication Systems/Service/Software.
