This webcast session consists of two presentations held one week apart. These sessions are presented by speakers who can deliver technical educational materials on Case Manager V5.2 to enable you to better use and understand the product. If time allows, live questions will be taken.

IBM Case Manager is a highly integrated product, which consists of several internal and external components The effective administration of an IBM Case Manager system requires knowledge of its architecture and tools.

This presentation discusses the fundamental concepts of the IBM Case Manager product and best practices used to maintain healthy systems and resolve problems. The purpose of the presentation is twofold. It provides IBM Case Manager system administrators with information that helps them formulate strategies and procedures to maintain functional systems. It also explains how to work with IBM Case Manager software support efficiently when software issues arise.
