Open Mic replay - Rational Support Client Connect program introduction



IBM Rational Client Support team offers a Client Connect Program to assist clients who are not familiar with IBM Self Assist and electronic support web tools.


All customers with active Rational Support and Subscription entitlements can have a personalized one hour online training with demonstration on IBM Self Assist tools such as Rational License Key Centre, Passport Advantage Online, IBM Support Portal and IBM Service Request.

This multimedia presentation can show you what kind of topics the Client Connect session training covers and how it looks like. It helps you to make decision if you need enrolling the program and receive a live session training.

Note: Client Connect program is offered to all Rational Clients with an active support entitlement for free of charge.
