Abstract
Education on the IBM Industry Models is provided worldwide by a team of experienced IBM Industry Model consultants. These education sessions enable participants to understand the principles, steps and philosophy behind the IBM Industry Models in order to clearly articulate the solution, and apply the models to a specific project at a business or technical level.

Education sessions enable you to:
- Understand the value of IBM Industry Models, and show how IBM Industry Models can be deployed for specific client needs regarding process improvement, SOA and Business Intelligence among other related initiatives
- Articulate how IBM Industry Models can contribute to current or future projects as a framework, roadmap, accelerator and methodological guidance
- Familiarize yourself with the full, end-to-end approach to IBM Industry Models, and use IBM Business Models from process analysis to solution implementation
- Know and apply the elements of the IBM Industry Models, such as foundation models, process models, services models and analytical requirements in specific stages of a project
- Analyze the software environment as well as the software and tooling implications for an IBM Industry Models engagement
- Participate actively in a project using the IBM Industry Models
- Understand the importance and implications of model management and model governance
