Abstract

This presentation covers the concept of the OSI model and how its logical layers relate to "channels" in the WAS channel framework implementation. It covers the concept of "chains" and differences between inbound and outbound chains, as well as the basics of the TCP, SSL, HTTP and webcontainer channels by discussing all available configuration options at each layer.
