Abstract
You cannot create a folder by using a folder entry template from the content list because the action retrieves the wrong dialog box.
Content
When you try to create a folder by double-clicking a folder entry template from the content list, the New Folder by Using Entry Template dialog box does not open. Instead, the Add Document by Using Entry Template dialog box opens.
Resolving the problem
To add a folder by using an entry template, start the entry template from the global toolbar instead of the content list.
On the global toolbar, click New Folder Using Entry Template.
