Known issue: Users cannot view a Schedule to Data Source Mapping Exceptions report
The Schedule to Data Source Mapping Exceptions report, which is a comma-separated (CSV) file, is blank.
If users try to view the Schedule to Data Source Mapping Exceptions report when they are authenticating with the RPTUSER account, an error occurs.
This problem occurs when users try to view the report from the Reports tab. If users navigate to the Admin > Manage Reports tab and try to save the Schedule to Data Source Mapping Exceptions report as CSV file, the CSV file that is displayed is blank. No data is displayed except the header information.
Workaround: Configure the report as “progressive” by specifying the redirection URL on the Manage Reports page, for example:
