Abstract
If rendering WCM content that requires large numbers of image conversions, such as those found in CTC v4 content, a native OOM error may occur.

You may see an error like this while rendering content from Web Content Manager requiring conversion.
SystemErr R java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "/opt/IBM/WebSphere/wp_profile/PortalServer/config/oiexport/exporter": error=12, There is not enough memory available now.
This indicates a shortage of native z/os memory available to the conversion process.
You can solve this by off-loading the DCS conversions to a different server.
