Detailed system requirements
The page below identifies the supported releases of the IBM WebSphere Cast Iron products from which you can select system requirements in different levels and organization of detail.
The detailed system requirements information are the complete lists of hardware requirements, supported operating systems, prerequisites and optional supported software, with component-level details and operating system restrictions. Note the minimum product levels that you must install before opening a problem report. Your entitlement to support is dependent upon your license and maintenance agreement.
WebSphere Cast Iron Live WebAPI
The WebSphere Cast Iron Live WebAPI environment is accessed using a web browser. For a list of supported web browsers, please follow the "Supported Web Browsers" link below and select the "Prerequisites" tab on the report that is displayed.
If you are connecting from WebSphere Cast Iron Live WebAPI to on-premise databases through a firewall, you will need to run a secure connector on a machine behind the firewall. Select the "Secure Connector supported OS" link to view the operating system requirements.
