Abstract:

This STE will cover a description of what the ITM agent autonomy is and its related features: Private Situations, SNMP alerts and EIF events, Private History, Situation Overrides, Agent Service Interface and Centralized Configuration. Along with info about how to configure agents to work autonomously, the session will provide some troubleshooting information.
