Abstract
This Support Technical Exchange is designed to cover topics related to setting up CICS Configuration Manager for z/OS (CICS CM) security including the use of passtickets and the use of secure socket layer to connect to the CICS CM server. The presentation also discusses considerations with respect to using an external security manager such as RACF to control access to the CICS resource definitions.
