Abstract

This document lists the hardware and software requirements for IBM WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, Version 7.5

Content

The following information describes the minimum product levels that must be installed before a problem report (PMR) can be opened with the WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus support team.

In general, you can install and run with minor updates to supported products if those updates are forward compatible.

Optional supported software is not required to run on the same computer or operating system where the product runs.

Installation
Supporting software in the Application Server and Java categories is part of the product install and must be installed on the same machine as the product.

Integration

  • JDBC Drivers, LDAP Servers and Web Servers
    • WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus support is the same as specified for WebSphere Application Server v7.0
    • Business Space does not support IBM Lotus Domino, Novell eDirectory or OpenLDAP LDAP servers.
    • Business Space does not support the IBM Lotus Domino web server.

Media Drive

Required for DVD media, not downloadable images

Minimum 3GB physical memory, 6GB recommended

The recommended configuration is 6GB of RAM and a 64-bit installation
