Plan and support

  1. Migrating and updating
    Migrate IBM Connections and its supporting software to the latest release and then update the installation with the latest interim fixes or Cumulative Refresh (CR).
  2. Adding owners and members to a community
    Use scripts accessed using the wsadmin command-line tool to add owners and members to existing communities
  3. Deploying External Collaboration
    To collaborate with external users in IBM Connections, provision those users in your directory and grant them secure access to your network.
  4. Restoring the Communities catalog index
    If the Communities catalog index becomes corrupted or is not being refreshed properly, you can delete the existing index data to rebuild the index.
