This formalizes support for Windows 7 for WebSphere Data Interchange for Multiplatforms Client Version 3.3. This includes WDI Client support only.
- WebSphere Data Interchange V3.3 Support for CICS Transaction Server V4.2.
This formalizes support for IBM CICS Transaction Server Version 4.2 being used with WebSphere Data Interchange Version 3 Release 3.
- New EDI standards available for WebSphere Data Interchange.
ANSI ASC X12 Standard Version 6, Release 4 (X12V6R4) and Association of American Railroads Version 6, Release 4 (AARV6R4) are now available.

EDI Standards are used in the WebSphere Data Interchange Client. A number of common standards are provided with the WebSphere Data Interchange product. These standards are provided in WDI Import format so that they can be imported into WDI using the WDI Client or WDI Server.

- WebSphere Data Interchange V3.3 enhancement to allow mapping of X12 ST03 transaction set header element for Send maps
This functionality was originally made in WDI V3.3, but only for DT maps, not for Send/Receive Maps. However, as part of apar PM49165, users can now achieve this functionality by applying SFP7 to their Multiplatform environment or applying PTF UK72571 to their z/OS WDI 3.3 environment.

WebSphere Data Interchange for z/OS, Converting from a DB2 DBRM based Plan to a DB2 Package based Plan
This document will describe a process that will allow a WDI for z/OS customer to convert a current installation using IBM DB2 v9 or above that uses the product provided DB2 Plan based on DBRMs to use a DB2 Plan based on Packages. Customers using a DB2 release lower than DB2 V10 are not required to use DB2 Packages. WDI will provide tools to support both techniques for BINDing DB2 Plans

Using a Shared Configuration Database in WDI v3.3 z/OS
This document contains the instructions for installing a shared WDI Client Configuration z/OS database. A shared Configuration database replaces the default Configuration database supplied with WDI Client. It allows many users to share the same Queries and makes the user's configuration information available to the user regardless of what machine they are using.
- HOW DO I INSTALL WDI v3.3 CLIENT USING SILENT MODE?
When I attempt to install WDI 3.3 client using silent mode, using the WDI 3.2 Fix Pack install directions, the install starts to process but fails with no error message.
