Abstract
The purpose of this document is to explain concepts and technical details about the concepts presented across several common products, including IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM), IBM Tivoli Service Automation Manager (TSAM), IBM Tivoli Change and Configuration Manager (CCMDB), and other products relying on the common Maximo-based functionality, referred to in this document as Maximo. This document is also intended to discuss the linkage between these concepts and integration with an LDAP environment.
